Antique 18ct Gold Pearl and Diamond Cluster Ring
At the centre sits a beautiful, round white pearl with a soft, silvery lustre and subtle iridescence. Encircling it is a delicate halo of ten diamonds, creating a traditional daisy-style cluster that gives the ring its lovely floral appearance. The diamonds have an attractive, slightly individual character, with their gentle sparkle providing a beautiful contrast to the smooth surface of the pearl.
The stones are held in a finely worked yellow gold setting, with individual claws securing the diamonds and an open gallery beneath the cluster. Viewed from the side, the intricate goldwork is particularly attractive, while the gently tapered shoulders lead into a simple, polished band. This combination of decorative detail and classic styling makes the ring beautifully proportioned and easy to wear.
Crafted in 18ct Yellow Gold, the ring weighs 2.4 grams and is currently a Size I½. Although there are no surviving hallmarks or identifying Makers Marks, the gold has been tested using an XRF analyser, confirming its 18ct Gold content.
