Stamped 14ct and signed La Vian the Cabochon Opal is a trademarked Le Vian NeopolitanOopal and measures 11mm by 9mm. This is secured by elegant double claws. The fancy surround consists of 24 Round Brilliant Cut Diamonds in a beautiful setting weaving between rolling rose gold detail.

It weighs 5.9 grams, is currently a Size M and can be sized.
